With nearly two decades of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, and implementing agile ways of working, she helps organizations across industries — from fintech and aviation to green tech and maritime logistics — optimize collaboration, delivery processes, and internal operations.

She specializes in building operational systems that connect business strategy with the day-to-day execution of teams. Ewa blends hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, SAFe, and Lean Management with deep expertise in Atlassian solutions, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery.

Her approach is always pragmatic: she focuses on what works in real business environments, where speed, quality, and efficient resource management matter most. By designing processes, workflows, and team structures, she helps companies achieve faster time to market while maintaining control over operational costs.
